Security Service of Ukraine detained on Monday, March 31, in the center of Kyiv citizen of the Russian Federation, one of the leaders of the Eurasian Youth Union of Russia Oleg Bakhtiarov, - informed the press service of the SBU.
According to the SBU, Bakhtiarov trained group of activists from 200 person to capture the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. For young people was provided for remuneration ($ 500 each).
This man detainees from "Molotov cocktails", bits, sliding ladders and other tools that were intended to storm government buildings. Bakhtiarov was thoroughly preparing for the event and even agreed with some Russian media about the filming of provocation and assault. So he planned to destabilize the situation in Ukraine and disrupt the presidential election campaign.

Currently, the russian provocateur arrested, held for questioning, documentation and investigation of the case.
